Dave Call

Dave Call has been with Precision Weather since 2002 and occasionally appears on WSTM-TV in Syracuse. He has both the AMS and NWA Seals of Approval for Television. Dave grew up near York, Pennsylvania, and earned his B.S. in Meteorology from Penn State in 1998. His first job was for WJET-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he also met his wife, Nichole. Now, Dave is working toward his doctorate at Syracuse University. His research examines how weather affects society, focusing on snowstorms -- and Upstate New York is the place to study them! In his spare time, Dave enjoys traveling, landscaping, and playing various musical instruments.
